Prices

All prices are correct at the time of publication or uploading to the website. All prices in print or on the website are exclusive of Value Added Tax. VAT at UK rates must be paid by customers residing in the United Kingdom. Any other Import - Customs taxes applied by your country of residence must be paid by you the receiver, for details on these please check your own import tax laws set by your own country. Prices are subject to change without prior notice.

Methods of Payment

We accept the following methods of payment, which you will find as options when you go to the cart and checkout.

Paypal: Orders shipped on completion of the transaction.

Credit Card: Including Visa, Mastercard. Order shipped on completion of the transfer. You will be guided to secure pages hosted by Worldpay.

Bank Transfer: All bank details will be autonmatically forwarded to you when you choose this option. We ship on completion of the payment transferred to our bank.

Refunds Info

If any item is damaged in transit, incorrect, missing or incomplete it will be replaced or fully refunded including all shipping costs. You as the customer are obliged to check the delivery upon arrival for these faults. In the case of any of the above faults you are obliged to claim in writing by post or email within fourteen days upon receipt of the goods. All returned goods become the property of Gentlemans Tattoo Flash. Faults in a part of the delivered goods do not justify a claim for the entire delivery. For purposefully or heavy negligence of duties Gentlemans Tattoo Flash is liable. This is also valid for legal representatives and helpers. For light negligence the liability of Gentlemans Tattoo Flash and their helpers is limited to the contract, typical, foreseeable damage. Gentlemans Tattoo Flash is not liable for damages whose creation did not have to be expected within the framework of this contract. Untypical unforeseeable damages are therefore not covered by this guarantee.

There is also a "cooling" off period where you have fourteen working days (not including bank holidays or weekends) after the day on which you receive the goods where you are able to return the goods to us and we will give you a full refund including the shipping cost. In this case if it is simply a “change of heart” the return shipping charges are to be paid by you the customer. The refund will be made within thirty days of receiving an email or written confirmation from you that you wish to cancel the contract.

Refunds and Returns

All returns must be returned to us within a four week window commencing from the day the claim was accepted by us, failure to return within this period will mean the return claim is closed.

Please include your name, email adress, invoice number and article number(s) when writing us.

Shipping

Gentlemans Tattoo Flash cannot accept change of shipping address after an order has been shipped. The customer is responsible for all customs charges and any other taxes etc. that may be due to your country before the package will be delivered to you. We suggest that you check with your customs authorities before placing an order to see what these costs may incur. Returned orders due to refusal, incorrect address on the part of the buyer or they have been unclaimed will be handled as follows. Shipping charges will not be refunded. In the case of the order being re-shipped normal shipping charges will apply. (Please look to shipping costs for more information on shipping). Gentlemans Tattoo Flash accepts no liability for slight variations in colour, contrast or brightness of printed products. Due to technical differences in printing methods these variations are not fully avoidable and do not justify a claim. Any typographical error on sales literature/website or any other document published by Gentlemans Tattoo Flash shall be subject to correction without any liability on the part of Gentlemans Tattoo Flash.

For order and delivery, exclusively the laws of the United Kingdom are valid. Other national laws as well as the Uniform Law on the International Sale of Goods are being excluded. All artwork contained in our brochures or on the website is copyright of the artist or author, all rights reserved. Unauthorized reproduction or copying of this art is prohibited by law.

Shipping costs are the same regardless of how many Books, Flash or Prints you order it is a flat rate single payment for each order. The prices for the shipping zones are as follows:

We ship using UPS and usually most UK orders received before 12 midday are next day delivery, Europe and the Rest of The World are generally between 2-3 days.
